We are very excited to offer a new service that can dramatically improve the effectiveness of your employees'
hearing protectors.
Using
3M E-A-RFit technology, we can precisely measure, without any subjectivity, how much noise each employee's protectors block to
determine the "personal attenuation rating" or PAR.
Our goal is that each employee leave testing knowing what protectors to use and how to use them.
So, we don't take just one test and move on.
In cases where the protectors are not blocking as much as they should, we train the employee to better use the protector and retest
until he or she achieves an acceptable attenuation or we have them try different style protectors until the best one is found.
In addition to providing on-site reports for each test, we offer the results of these tests on our MyTKGroup extranet.
