Maintaining your records
Requests for audiometer calibration records are not uncommon during Hearing Loss Prevention Program inspections.
T K Group maintains calibration records. Records are filed at our corporate office for safekeeping and quick retrieval in the event that they are needed at a later date.
Calibration records include annual exhaustive calibration, daily biological calibration check documentation, and background sound levels within the test chamber.
