On-site Professional Review of your HCP

T K Group offers in-plant consultation to assist in maintaining an effective Hearing Conservation Program (HCP). Our professional staff has been responsible for helping industry protect its employees hearing health and comply with OSHA Regulations at hundreds of facilities nationwide.

Comprehensive Reports

A HCP Status Report complete with observations and recommendations for program improvement is returned to the facility coordinator by the TK Group Representative.

Services typically provided during plant visits

• Comprehensive evaluation of the overall HLPP to provide recommendations needed to initiate and / or maintain a program consistent with OSHA requirements, management policies and professional guidelines. This includes reviewing sound surveys, noise control documentation, hearing protection policy and posting requirements, STS notification and follow up practices, OSHA 300 log recording, annual education and technician certification.
• An Exhaustive Audiometer Calibration Check and an Octave Band Analysis of the background sound levels within the test booth. A record of both the calibration and booth check is left at the facility for documentation.
• A facility walk-through, as practical, to observe hearing protection areas, posting and hearing protection use.
• Sound Survey at the time of visit is optional.
