Preparing for Mobile Hearing Testing

Preparing for mobile testing is easy.

Just follow these steps:

1. Determine your test dates in consultation with our Scheduling Department.
2. Decide where our mobile testing unit will park. Note that our unit requires two separate 110 volt, 20 amp (standard) circuits. The mobile unit will supply 60 feet of electrical cord to plug into your electrical source.
3. If you’ve opted to have us train your workers, designate a location where we can perform this training. We can train on the unit, however, training in a nearby room speeds up testing, because we can then test and train simultaneously during a portion of the time segment.
4. Create a schedule for your workers using our handy form (hearing_test_schedule_form.pdf). A schedule ensures that your supervisors can easily provide the employees to the meeting room on time and that testing will flow smoothly. Please notify the T K Group scheduler if your production operation requires the group returning from the mobile unit to replace the next group before they can be released to do the testing.
