MyTKGroup is your portal for accessing and reviewing your hearing test data. It’s a secure, interactive application by which you can track the progress and results of your entire hearing conservation program, review individual history, and run reports.

Track your hearing conservation program

Determine what testing has been done recently for your locations with the click of a mouse. MyTKGroup saves you time by presenting you with the information you need to quickly determine which locations and individuals need review.

Review detailed employee history

Easy-to-read, detailed individual history for any employee is at your fingertips, allowing you to efficiently investigate hearing loss progression. Learn more about any test with one click or print an individual summary for your files or a work relatedness determination form for audiological review.

Run reports

You may run a number of different, meaningful reports. Run the management basics, including STS, OSHA recordable, and medical referral listings. Run individual reports to determine and document an employee’s test history or print a notification letter or work relatedness determination questionnaire. Review corporate-wide program statistics grouped by your company’s divisions and business units. Obtain employee lists and location testing schedules.

Customize your reports

Choose how you want to run your report. Select the format, the date range, how to sort, and whether to include non-noise exposed employees. Export your reports to Microsoft Excel to manipulate the data yourself or create your own charts and graphs.

Print or email your reports

Our reports in Adobe Acrobat Reader format are a snap to email or print. Your saved copies and printouts will look similar to reports we issue from our headquarters.

Let our program assistant guide you

Our Program Assistant tool guides you through the steps of managing your hearing conservation program. Step-by-step it leads you through adding, confirming and removing entries from the OSHA 300 Log, and determining follow-up for STS’s. When you’ve finished, you may print a summary of your decisions which you may use as a checklist to simplify program compliance.

Submit clinic tests directly to us

Instead of faxing or mailing clinic tests for those who missed the hearing testing schedule, you can submit them to us through MyTKGroup. It’s as easy as locating the employee and entering the test information.

A green alternative

With your data available anytime you need it, you can eliminate those mounds of paper reports or drawers of CDs. As part of your MyTKGroup account you receive an email notification of new data for your review.
