Learn how to prepare for on-site service so as to make your program as successful as possible.

Preparing for On-Site Hearing Service

4 weeks before:

  • Send updated employee list to us
  • Determine where unit will park
  • Designate 2 dedicated 120V 20 amp circuits for use by our mobile unit

2 weeks before:

  • Assign times for each testing group
  • Notify workers of their scheduled testing time
  • Designate a room for training (if applicable)

1 week before:

  • Organize your preprinted forms for testing groups
  • Remind workers of their scheduled testing time
  • Verify electrical circuits for unit are not in use by other equipment
  • Designate an alternate contact in case you are unavailable on testing day

1 day before:

  • Prepare training room (if applicable)
  • Verify paperwork ready
  • Remind workers of their scheduled testing times
  • Notify security staff of unit's expected arrival time and parking area
  • Remind alternate contact of unit's impending arrival
  • Verify designated parking location is available for unit

Day of testing:

  • Arrive at least 1 hour before testing is to begin
  • Open/unlock training room (if applicable)
  • Prepare paperwork
